In the event a quorum of the Communications and Technology Commission loses electrical power or suffers an internet connection outage not corrected within 15 minutes, the meeting will be adjourned. Any items noticed as public hearings will be continued to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Communications and Technology Commission. Any other agenda items the Commission has not taken action on will be placed on a future agenda.
Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Planning Commission decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.
