CIVICREC REGISTRATION SOFTWARE!

The Community Services Department has transitioned to a new registration/reservation software system from ActiveNet to CivicRec.

To ensure you can register for your favorite activities, ActiveNet customers, account information was imported into CivicRec. You will have to utilize the same email address used with ActiveNet and select “forgot password” under Login/Create Account. Once the password is reset, you’re done; the account is activated!

If you are a new customer, please create an account at https://secure.rec1.com/CA/calabasas-ca/

Follow the steps below to create a new account:

1. Select Login/ Create Account in the upper left corner, then select Create Your Calabasas Account.
2. On mobile devices, select Account then select Sign Up in the upper right corner.
3. Fill out the required information.
