A copy of the Historic Preservation Commission agenda packet, staff reports and supporting documents and any materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the Historic Preservation Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for review by the public. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing. Please note that all written correspondence submitted to the Department or Commission become City property and will not be returned. If, due to disability, you require special accommodations to attend or participate in a Historic Preservation Commission meeting, please contact the Community Development Department, (818) 224-1600, at least one business day prior to the scheduled meeting so staff may make arrangements to assist you.</sup>
