The Planning Commission reserves the right to alter the order of the agenda to allow for an effective meeting. Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Planning Commission decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.

Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Planning Commission must do so within ten (10) days of the Planning Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge any action of the Planning Commission in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.
