i) Ad Hoc subcommittees established for events and initiatives are dissolved once the event or initiative is completed. These groups are expected to meet outside of regularly scheduled Commission meetings then provide brief updates to the Commission.
ii) Permanent subcommittees are subject to Brown Act regulations, primarily that every meeting of a permanent subcommittee would need to be noticed and conducted in manner just like the full Environmental Commission meetings.

The Environmental Commission will adjourn to their next regular meeting scheduled on Tuesday, November 12, 2024.
