PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361 and Government Code Section 54953, this meeting is being conducted utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means. Members of the Commission may teleconference into the meeting without noticing each teleconference location from which a member is participating in a public meeting. The Planning Commission reserves the right to alter the order of the agenda to allow for an effective meeting. Attendance at the entire meeting may be necessary to ensure interested parties hear a particular item. The City values and invites written comments from residents on matters set for Planning Commission consideration. In order to provide commissioners ample time to review all correspondence, any written communication must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office before 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. Any written materials submitted to the Planning Commission are public record under the Public Records Act.

2. File No. SPR-2021-022, OTP-2022-001: Request for a Site Plan Review and an Oak Tree Permit to construct a 1,077 square-foot addition to the first and second floors of an existing 2,696 square-foot two-story residence located within the protected zone of oak trees at 3821 Eddingham Ave (APN: 2080-004-007), within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district. The project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15061 (b)(3)(General Rule Exemption) and Section 15301 (e)(1) (Existing Facilities) of the California CEQA Guidelines.

Adjournment to the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on January 5, 2023 at 6:00 P.M.
