Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361 and Government Code Section 54953, this meeting is being conducted utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means. Members of the Commission may teleconference into the meeting without noticing each teleconference location from which a member is participating in a public meeting. 2. (6:20 PM) File No, CUP-2022-010: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the sale of beer, wine, and liquor for on-site consumption via a Type 47 liquor license from the State Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, and the installation of a new gate at the entrance to the existing outdoor seating for a restaurant, Crossroads Kitchen, located at 4776 Commons Way, Suite A (APN: 2068-003-023), within the Commercial Mixed Use (CMU) zoning district. The project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15061 (b)(3)(General Rule Exemption) and Section 15301 (e)(1) (Existing Facilities) of the California CEQA Guidelines.

3. (6:50 PM) Circulation Element Update and Safety Element Update to the Calabasas 2030 General Plan: Consideration of a Planning Commission Resolution recommending to the City Council adoption of updates to the Circulation Element and Safety Element of the Calabasas 2030 General Plan, consistent with California statutory requirements. Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the CEQA Guidelines, an Addendum to the General Plan Update Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared.
