The Housing Element update and related updates provide a unique opportunity for community members to get involved in the planning process to share their experience and knowledge of the City and offer input and direction to help shape the future of Calabasas.

 Surveys

The City developed a Housing Element Needs Survey that was posted on its website from August 24 – September 30, 2020. Over 900 completed surveys were received, providing valuable input on the community's housing priorities and preferences for future housing locations.  The City also conducted a Senior Housing Needs survey, which was distributed on-line as well as through hardcopies distributed to residents at senior housing complexes.  The City received 324 responses to the senior needs survey.  The following links provide a summary of the survey results.
