Applications for a Tentative Tract Map, Development Plan Review, Scenic Corridor Permit and Oak Tree Permit for the subdivision of a 12.9 (gross) acre lot into 18 residential lots, including two reserved as affordable to low-income households located at 23700 Mulholland Highway (APN: 2072-001-003) in the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District and Scenic Corridor (-SC) Overlay Zone. The project includes installation of related infrastructure.
