Public Hearing Item(s):
1. File No. APR-2023-003 A request for an Administrative Plan Review for the construction of four pickleball courts at the Calabasas Country Club. This proposal includes the removal of 32 parking spots (7,900 sq. ft.) within the existing parking lot located on the northeast portion of the parcel. The project site is zoned Recreational (REC) and is the Open Space (OS) General Plan designation. The project location is 4515 Park Entrada.

Adjournment to the Community Development Director’ Hearing of August 2, 2023, at 2:00 P.M.
Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Community Development Director’s Hearing decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.
Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director’s Hearing must do so within ten (10) days of the Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge an action of the Community Development Director’s Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Commission meeting, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director’s Hearing at, or prior to, the meeting. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing.
