1. File No. APR-2023-012: A request for an Administrative Plan Review for an addition to an existing single-family residence addressed as 22644 Paul Revere Drive. The total proposed square footage is 600 square feet with 346 square feet on the first floor and 254 square feet on the second floor. The request for additional living space is intended for a new dining room, foyer, and expansion to two existing bedrooms. The existing residence is within the Residential Single-Family zoning district (RS).

Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Community Development Director’s Hearing decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.
Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director’s Hearing must do so within ten (10) days of the Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge an action of the Community Development Director’s Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Commission meeting, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director’s Hearing at, or prior to, the meeting. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing.
