1. File No. APR-2022-012:     A request for an Administrative Plan Review Permit for the construction of additions at the front & side of the residence totaling 507 square feet, interior and exterior remodel including the conversion of the existing garage into a Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit, new concrete entry path, new garden walls, new planting in a currently landscaped area, and reroofing the roofline of the existing two-story single-family residence located at 3906 Bon Homme Road (APN: 2079-016-026) within the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district and Scenic Corridor overlay zone. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with 15301 (e)(1) (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.
