PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING

Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361 and Government Code Section 54953, this meeting is being conducted utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means. Members of the Commission may teleconference into the meeting without noticing each teleconference location from which a member is participating in a public meeting. The meeting will be broadcast on CTV Channel 3 and the live stream of the meeting may be viewed online at www.cityofcalabasas.com/ctvlive.

The City values and invites written comments from residents on matters set for Planning Commission consideration. In order to provide commissioners ample time to review all correspondence, any written communication must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office before 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. Any written materials submitted to the Planning Commission are public record under the Public Records Act.

2. (6:20 PM) Circulation Element Update and Safety Element Update to the Calabasas 2030 General Plan: Consideration of a Planning Commission Resolution recommending to the City Council adoption of updates to the Circulation Element and Safety Element of the Calabasas 2030 General Plan, consistent with California statutory requirements. Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the CEQA Guidelines, an Addendum to the General Plan Update Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared.
