PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361 and Government Code Section 54953, this meeting is being conducted utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means. Members of the Commission may teleconference into the meeting without noticing each teleconference location from which a member is participating in a public meeting. 2. CUP-2022-009: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a veterinary eye clinic, The Veterinary Eye Clinic, located at 5749 Las Virgenes Road Ste B (APN: 2052-046-002), within the Commercial, Retail (CR) zoning district and the Scenic Corridor (-SC) overlay zone. The project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15061 (b)(3)(General Rule Exemption) and Section 15301(a) (Existing Facilities) of the California CEQA Guidelines.

Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge any action of the Planning Commission in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing. A copy of the Planning Commission agenda packet, staff reports and supporting documents, and any materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the Planning Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for review by the public by contacting the project planner.
