Public Hearing Item(s):
1. File No.WTFM-2020-009: A request for a Wireless Telecommunication Facility Minor Modification Permit to modify an existing T-Mobile wireless telecommunication facility in accordance with Section 6409(a) of the 2012 tax relief act. The applicant is proposing to install new pole-mounted equipment, painted to match the existing pole. The project is located on a wood utility pole at 24401 ½ Mulholland Hwy, within the Public Right-of-Way. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.

Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director’s Hearing must do so within ten (10) days of the Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge an action of the Community Development Director’s Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Commission meeting, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director’s Hearing at, or prior to, the meeting. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing.
