The City values and invites written comments from residents on matters set for Planning Commission consideration. In order to provide commissioners ample time to review all correspondence, any written communication must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office before 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. Any written materials submitted to the Planning Commission are public record under the Public Records Act.

Request for a Site Plan Review to construct a 1,092 square-foot addition to an existing single-family residence and 184 square-foot addition to the existing garage, the subject site is located at 25481 Prado de Amor (APN 2069-091-024) in the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district. The project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 15301 (e)(2) (Existing Facilities) of the California CEQA Guidelines.

Adjournment to the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on June 3, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Civic Center Way.
Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Planning Commission decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.
