These are online materials and resources for students and educators. They do not need a Calabasas library card. We hope you consider getting a library card once we reopen, if you do not have one.

enki library Enki library is the first statewide e-book platform created by libraries for libraries. With over 70,000 e-book titles in this shared collection, enki provides a collection of popular fiction and nonfiction genres including romance, mysteries, travel, technical, crafts, cooking and more.

On phones and tablets, patrons can read through their browser or on a number of e-reader apps available. If on a laptop or computer, you can download the title through Adobe Digital Editions or read through the browser.
 


 
First Partner’s Summer Book Club

The California State Library is working with First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom on the First Partner's Summer Book Club for kids ages 3-12.  More information here.

Each week, from June 7 through August 2, the First Partner or a special guest will read a story, hosted on the Governor's YouTube page. – YouTube link.  Story times are each Monday at 6:30pm, but available to watch through the summer.  It is for preschoolers (ages 3-5), but all are welcome to join.

Sesame Street in Communities

There are multi-media tools to help kids and families enrich and expand their knowledge. Resources include teaching early math and literacy concepts, to encouraging families to eat nutritious foods, to serious topics such as divorce and food insecurity.
