Use your library card to check out a free California State Library Parks vehicle day-use pass.  This pass is available for checkout for a two week period with no renewals. 

You can put it on hold online through the Library catalog or by calling the reference desk to reserve it.  818 225-7616 x3.  The pass can be checked out at the circulation desk.  Patrons must have a Calabasas Library card in good standing.

While there are over 200 parks this pass can be used, there are some ineligible parks.  They are listed here.

The California State Library Parks Pass is valid for entry of one passenger vehicle with capacity of nine people or less or one highway licensed motorcycle.  More information here and here.
