Calabasas is a predominantly residential community, with 9,200 housing units as of 2020. The range of housing types reflects the City’s largely hillside topography and peripheral suburban nature. Over three-quarters of the City’s housing is comprised of single-family units, either attached or detached, while multi-family apartments and condominiums account for nearly one-quarter of the housing stock. The remaining units in the City are located in Calabasas Village Mobile Estates.
