1. File No. APR-2023-010: A request for an Administrative Plan Review Permit to construct a 1,088 sq. ft. addition to an existing 4,553 sq ft two-story single-family residence located at 24358 La Masina Ct (APN: 2069-033-054) within the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district.

2. File No APR 2023-011: A request for an Administrative Plan Review for construction of a new swimming pool located in the rear yard at 25481 Prado de Azul, within the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district. The pool is proposed to have a reduced 2’ rear setback, pursuant to Section 17.12.165(H)(5)(a) of the Calabasas Municipal Code.

Adjournment to the Community Development Director’ Hearing of March 6, 2024, at 2:00 P.M.

Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Community Development Director’s Hearing decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.

Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director’s Hearing must do so within ten (10) days of the Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge an action of the Community Development Director’s Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Commission meeting, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director’s Hearing at, or prior to, the meeting. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing. Please note that all written correspondence submitted to the Department become City property and will not be returned .If, due to disability, you require special accommodations to attend or participate in a Community Development Director’s Hearing, please contact the Community Development Department, (818) 224-1600, at least one business day prior to the scheduled meeting so staff may make arraignments to assist you.
