Requests for an Administrative Plan Review, Minor Scenic Corridor Permit, and Zoning Clearance for the construction of a one-story, 1,057 square-foot Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU), sports court with associated 8-foot-tall fencing, and a trellis on a property with an approved and under construction new single-family residence with a pool, spa, fire pit, hardscape and landscaping located at 24101 Dry Canyon Cold Creek Road (APN: 4455-006-035), within the Rural Residential (RR) Zoning District and Scenic Corridor(SC) Overlay Zone.

Adjournment to the Community Development Director’ Hearing of May 15, 2024, at 2:00 P.M.
Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Community Development Director’s Hearing decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.
Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director’s Hearing must do so within ten (10) days of the Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge an action of the Community Development Director’s Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Commission meeting, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director’s Hearing at, or prior to, the meeting. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing.
