File No. APR-2024-003: A request for an Administrative Plan Review to demolish 5 existing parking spaces for the installation of one new 12' high generator, associated 9' high screening enclosure, and one small exterior light fixture within the proposed enclosure on the south side of the existing building, located at 26800 Agoura Rd (APN: 2064-004-094 & 2064-004-097) within the Commercial Business Park (CB) zoning district.

Adjournment to the Community Development Director’ Hearing of June 19, 2024, at 2:00 P.M.
Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Community Development Director’s Hearing decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.
Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director’s Hearing must do so within ten (10) days of the Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge an action of the Community Development Director’s Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Commission meeting, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director’s Hearing at, or prior to, the meeting. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing. Please note that all written correspondence submitted to the Department become City property and will not be returned .If, due to disability, you require special accommodations to attend or participate in a Community Development Director’s Hearing, please contact the Community Development Department, (818) 224-1600, at least one business day prior to the scheduled meeting so staff may make arraignments to assist you.
