Public Hearing Item(s):

1File No. APR-2024-002: Request for an Administrative Plan Review Permit to construct a 428 square-foot addition to the north side of an existing 2,959 square-foot two-story single-family residence located at 5338 Ambridge Dr (APN: 2052-036-029). The proposed addition includes a 194 square-foot addition to the first floor, 227 square-foot addition to the second floor, and 7 square-foot addition to the garage. This project also includes construction of an attached trellis at the rear of the proposed addition, a new outdoor kitchen area, and barbeque. The property is within the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district.

Adjournment to the Community Development Director’ Hearing of August 21, 2024, at 2:00 P.M.

 

Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Community Development Director’s Hearing decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.

Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director’s Hearing must do so within ten (10) days of the Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge an action of the Community Development Director’s Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Commission meeting, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director’s Hearing at, or prior to, the meeting. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing. Please note that all written correspondence submitted to the Department become City property and will not be returned .If, due to disability, you require special accommodations to attend or participate in a Community Development Director’s Hearing, please contact the Community Development Department, (818) 224-1600, at least one business day prior to the scheduled meeting so staff may make arraignments to assist you.
