1. File No. APR-2024-002: Request for an Administrative Plan Review Permit to construct a 428 square-foot addition to the north side of an existing 2,959 square-foot two-story single-family residence located at 5338 Ambridge Dr (APN: 2052-036-029). The proposed addition includes a 194 square-foot addition to the first floor, 227 square-foot addition to the second floor, and 7 square-foot addition to the garage. This project also includes construction of an attached trellis at the rear of the proposed addition, a new outdoor kitchen area, and barbeque. The property is within the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district.
