Applications for a Site Plan Review, Street Vacation, Lot Line Adjustment, and Oak Tree Permit for the development of 5 residential lots, including three proposed ADU’s located at 3350 Mesquite Drive (APN: 2072-007-081), (2072-007-076), (2072- 007-084), (2072-007-085), (2072-007-030), (2072-002-108) in the (RC) Rural Community District and (CH) Calabasas Highlands Overlay Zone.  The project        includes installation of related infrastructure.
