Discussion Item:
1. File No.DPR-2023-001, OTP-2023-004, SCP-2023-001, and TTM-2023-001: A request for a Tentative Tract Map, Development Plan Review, Oak Tree Permit, and Scenic Corridor Permit for a proposed 11-lot subdivision titled Mulholland Gardens. The project site is an existing undeveloped parcel (APN 4455-004-046) with a street address of 24415 Mulholland Hwy. The project site contains split zoning that includes Rural Residential in the Scenic Overlay (RR-SC) and Hillside Mountainous (HM). This project is only for the subdivision and does not include residential development at this time.
