1. File No. PRE-2022-005: A request for a pre-application review for the development of a retail automobile dealership (Kia) on a 10.94-acre parcel (APN 2069-009-008 and 2069-009-020) located at 24460 Calabasas Road (previously Sperling Nursery) within the Commercial Limited (CL) zoning district, and within the Scenic Corridor (SC) and Commercial Auto Retail (CAR) overlay zones. The proposal includes the construction of a two-story facility (47,944 sq. ft.) with roof parking (23,972 sq. ft.) primarily within the existing development footprint of the plan nursery.
