5. Action: Ad Hoc Subcommittees

a. Permanent subcommittees are subject to Brown Act regulations, primarily that every meeting of a permanent subcommittee would need to be noticed and conducted in manner just like the full Environmental Commission meetings.

b. Establish Ad Hoc subcommittees for events and initiatives and once the event or initiative is completed, the subcommittee is dissolved.

6. Recommendation for future meeting items, presentations and/or presenters

ADJOURNMENT

The Environmental Commission will adjourn to their next regular meeting scheduled on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
