Public Hearing Item(s):
1. File No. WTFM-2022-001: A request for a Wireless Telecommunication Facility Minor Modification Permit to modify an existing Verizon wireless telecommunication facility in accordance with Section 6409(a) of the 2012 tax relief act. The applicant is proposing to replace existing equipment and add new antennas within the footprint and screening of the existing facility, located on the roof of a three-story office building. The project is located 23586 Calabasas Road, in the Commercial Old-Town (CT) zoning district and Scenic Corridor (SC) Overlay Zone. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.

2. File No. APR-2021-013: A request for an Administrative Plan Review Permit to construct a new 650 square foot addition to an existing garage, 425 square-foot detached gym in the rear yard, and 600 square-foot patio cover and outdoor dining area. The subject residence is located at 25231 Prado del Grandioso (APN: 2069-090-016) within the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with 15301 (e)(1) (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.

Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Community Development Director’s Hearing decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6.
Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director’s Hearing must do so within ten (10) days of the Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge an action of the Community Development Director’s Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Commission meeting, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director’s Hearing at, or prior to, the meeting. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing.
