1. File No. APR-2022-011: A request for an Administrative Plan Review Permit to construct a new 668 square-foot addition on the second floor of an existing two-story single-family residence located at 3459 Malaga Ct (APN: 2069-038-075) within the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with 15301 (e)(1) (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.

2. File No. WTFM-2022-008: A request for a Wireless Telecommunication Facility Minor Modification Permit to modify an existing wireless telecommunication facility in accordance with Section 6409(a) of the 2012 tax relief act. The applicant is proposing the installation of new equipment within an existing underground vault, and the replacement of pole-mounted equipment at an existing AT&T facility located on a utility pole at 4280 Valmar Rd within the Public Right-of-Way. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.

Adjournment to the Community Development Director’ Hearing of September 21, 2022, at 2:00 P.M.
Any legal action by an applicant, appellant, or other person, seeking to obtain judicial review of any Community Development Director’s Hearing decisions may be subject to the 90-day filing period of, and governed by, Code of Civil Procedure sections 1094.5 and 1094.6. Any person wishing to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director’s Hearing must do so within ten (10) days of the Commission action. Please contact the Community Development Department for information regarding the appeal process. If you challenge an action of the Community Development Director’s Hearing in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the Commission meeting, or in written correspondence delivered to the Community Development Director’s Hearing at, or prior to, the meeting. Please call or email the staff identified above, at least one (1) business day in advance to view project files. Files are not available for review the day of the hearing.
