1. File No. APR-2020-011.   Request for an Administrative Plan Review to construct a 1,178 square-foot addition to an existing single-family residence located at 24906 Marbella Ct., in the Residential Single-Family (RS) zoning district. The project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines.
