This meeting is being conducted utilizing teleconferencing and electronic means consistent with Governor Newsom’s Executive Order N-29-20, regarding the COVID-19 pandemic. Attendance at the entire meeting may be necessary to ensure interested parties hear a particular item. The City values and invites written comments from residents on matters set for Planning Commission consideration. In order to provide commissioners ample time to review all correspondence, any written communication must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office before 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting. Any written materials submitted to the Planning Commission are public record under the Public Records Act.
