FACILITY RENTALS AND PARK PERMITS

A Facility Rental or Park Permit entitles the holder to exclusive use of a City of Calabasas facility or designated section of a park for the date and time indicated. 

RESERVATION PERIOD

Reservation requests for City of Calabasas parks and facilities are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, up to six (6) months in advance and no less than 14 days prior to the event date.  Calabasas Community Center requests accepted up to 12 months in advance.

PICNIC SHELTERS

Step 2:  CHECK DATE & AVAILABILITY THROUGH THE CIVIC REC ONLINE SOFTWARE (applies to picnic shelters only). 

Step 3: Review City of Calabasas policies and insurance requirements.  When ready to book, submit a deposit and administrative fees online. 

Step 4: Submit all remaining fees, forms and insurance no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Step 5: A Facility Use Permit is issued via email when all submission materials have been reviewed and approved by City Staff. A Permit is also posted in a kiosk at the site on event day.

Step 2: Due to fluctuating schedules, CONTACT THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT AT 818-880-6461 or EMAIL facilityrentals@cityofcalabasas.com TO CHECK DATES AND AVAILABILITY. 

Step 3: Submit a completed REQUEST FORM  with security deposit and administrative fees to the Community Services Office at Juan Bautista de Anza Park for review.

Step 4: Submit all remaining fees, forms and insurance no later than 30 days prior to the event.

Step 5: For indoor room rentals, submit your desired layout. City staff will set up tables and chairs ahead of the reservation.

Step 6: Your reservation is confirmed and Facility Use Permit issued when all submission materials have been reviewed and approved by City Staff.
