Project Description:  
Work includes driveway widening, installation of landscaped planters and irrigation system, construction of porous/pervious concrete area with curb enclosure, excavation, earthwork and soil export, paving, construction of parking lot lighting, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, installation of hardscape and aesthetic furniture, bike shelter with rack and lighting, electric vehicle charging stations with connection to the service cabinet, general electrical work, signing, striping and other miscellaneous work as required by plans and specifications.

The lot provides a total of 51 parking spaces; 3 accessible parking stalls and 3 electric vehicle charging stalls, in addition to bicycle racks. 

This is a free Park and Ride facility open to the public, for commuter parking.  The Metro line 161 and LADOT Commuter Express 423 are within walking distance of this facility.  The Public may also park a car and carpool with others in private vehicles.  The lot is open and free for the Calabasas Farmerís Market on weekends and other establishments in Old Town.
