AIR CONDITIONING

Room Air Conditioners (Southern California Edison)
Energy Star qualified for multifamily apartment dwelling units and common areas of apartment buildings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes - rebate

BOILERS

	Central System Natural Gas Boilers - Hot Water (Southern California Gas Company) For space and water heating. Boiler with an Input Rating < 300 MBtuh must have minimum AFUE (Annualized Fuel Utilization Efficiency) of 82%. Boiler with an Input Rating of > or equal to 300MBtuh must have a minimum thermal efficiency of 84%. Not for industrial use or for pools or spas. Must replace existing gas equipment - $1,500/ unit rebate
	Central System Natural Gas Boilers - Space and Hot Water Heating (Southern California Gas Company) Install Boiler with an Input rating less than 300 MBtuh must have minimum AFUE (Annualized Fuel Utilization Efficiency) of 82%. Boiler with an Input Rating of > or equal to 300 MBtuh must have a minimum thermal efficiency of 84%. Not for pools, spas or apartment dwellings with more than 20 units - $1,500/ unit rebate
	Boiler Controller (Southern California Gas Company) $750/ unit rebate up to $1,500/ unit rebate

Exit Sign (Southern California Edison Company and Southern California Gas Company)
Energy Star qualified for multifamily apartment dwelling units and common areas of apartment buildings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes - $35/ unit rebate

FANS

Whole House Fan (Southern California Edison)
Permanently install in your attic in conjunction with existing central air conditioning or central heat pump - $50 rebate

FURNACES

	Furnace (Southern California Edison) Central Natural Gas Furnace with AFUE 92%. Available to multifamily apartment dwelling units and common areas of apartment buildings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes - $200 to $300/ unit rebate
	Central Gas Furnace (Southern California Gas Company) Purchase and install a 92% AFUE furnace - $200/ unit rebate

INSULATION

Attic/ Wall Insulation (Southern California Gas Company)
Available to multifamily, owners and managers of existing apartment dwelling units and common areas of apartment’s buildings. - $0.15/sq.ft rebate

KITCHEN

Dishwasher (Southern California Gas Company)
Level 1 (EF of .65 to .67) 2007 Energy Star Qualified - High efficiency with energy factor of 0.65 or greater - $30/ unit rebate

Level 2 (EF ≥.68) - Energy factor of 0.62-0.67. Installed with water heating source using natural gas distributed by SoCalGas - $50 Rebate

LIGHTING

INTERIOR

	Ceiling Fans with Compact Fluorescent Lamps (Southern California Edison ) Energy Star qualified for multifamily apartment dwelling units and common areas of apartment buildings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes: $20/ unit rebate
	Energy Star Qualified Screw-in Compact Fluorescent Bulbs (Southern California Edison) On wattage from 5 to 30 watts within apartment dwellings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes: $4.00 to $6.50 per unit rebate On lamps that are R30 or R40 Reflector, 13-23 watts and must replace incandescent floodlights, recessed down lights and or track lighting bulbs within apartment dwellings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes - $8.00 to $10.00 per unit rebate
	Interior Hardwired Fluorescent Fixtures (Southern California Edison) Energy Star qualified for multifamily apartment dwelling units and common areas of apartment buildings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes - $50/ unit rebate
	T-8/T-5 Linear Fluorescent Lamps (Southern California Edison) With electronic ballasts. Rebate available to apartment dwelling units and common areas of apartment buildings, mobile home parks and condominium complexes. $32 to $45 a fixture rebate

Exterior Hardwired Fluorescent Light Fixtures (Southern California Edison)
