 The
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Lost Hills station has receptacles for the
safe disposal of unused or expired pharmaceuticals including
prescription drugs, controlled substances and sharps (needles &
syringes). Located at 27050 Agoura Road, between Lost Hills and
Liberty Canyon, the unwanted items may be deposited in the "Safe Drug
Surrender" bins near the entrance to the station under an anonymous "no
questions asked" policy. The new program allows area residents to
safely dispose of the items in a secure and environmentally protective
manner.
Remember
the slogan, "No Drugs Down the Drain!" - please take them to Lost Hills
Sheriff's Station instead! |
