For those
interested in doing a program/lecture/performance at the library
please print and fill-out the Program/Performer Information Form and
return it to any desk staff at the Calabasas Library or mail it to
Calabasas Library, Attn:
Daniel Macri, 200 Civic Center Way,
Calabasas, CA 91302.
The form will be
reviewed based on the programs relevance to meeting the communities
needs and interest. Programs are chosen for their proven expertise,
based on professional reviews in Library Literature, and/or
published by a major publishing house and overall professional
experience. Other factors may be considered.
