130001635. A request for a Site Plan Review and Variance to
construct phase three of the Viewpoint modernization project, which
includes the construction of the lower and primary school
classrooms, locker rooms, swimming pool, athletic field and
reconfiguration of the lower and primary school parking area. The
proposed buildings total 23,243 square-feet. The applicant is
seeking approval of a variance to construct up to 10-foot tall
retaining walls. The subject site is located at 23620 Mulholland
Highway in the Rural Residential zoning district and the scenic
corridor overlay zoning district. An addendum to the Final
Environmental Impact Report has been prepared in compliance with
Section 15164 of the CEQA Guidelines.

Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. every Friday. If
