3. (8:00 PM) Request to waive the requirement for the installation of story poles pursuant to the City of Calabasas Story Pole Procedures, for the proposed re-development of a commercial property located at 23480 Park Sorrento (APNs: 2068005012 and 2068005011). The proposed project consists of 1) demolition of the existing two-story office building and existing site improvements; and 2) construction of an approximately 44,000 square-foot mixed use project, which includes 1,620 square feet of commercial retail space and 42 age restricted multi-family residential units located in a four-story building. The subject site is currently zoned Commercial Office (CO).
