1. Approval of Minutes: April 3, 2014

Public Hearing Items:

2. (7:25 P.M.) File No. 130001635. A request for a Site Plan Review and Variance to construct phase three of the Viewpoint modernization project, which includes the construction of the lower and primary school classrooms, locker rooms, swimming pool, athletic field and reconfiguration of the lower and primary school parking area. The proposed buildings total 23,243 square-feet. The applicant is seeking approval of a variance to construct up to 10-foot tall retaining walls. The subject site is located at 23620 Mulholland Highway in the Rural Residential zoning district and the scenic corridor overlay zoning district. An addendum to the Final Environmental Impact Report has been prepared in compliance with Section 15164 of the CEQA Guidelines.

A copy of the Planning Commission agenda packet, staff reports and supporting documents and any materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the Planning Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for review by the public in the Community Development Department located at Calabasas City Hall, 100 Civic Center Way. City Hall office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. every Friday. If you have any questions regarding a particular project please contact the project planner.
