14000609. A request for a Site Plan Review for a 236
square-foot addition to an existing single family residence. Section
17.62.020 requires that a Site Plan Review be conducted for
additions over 500 square-feet cumulative, within a five (5) year
period. A 1,268 square-foot addition was approved (File No.
120000670) by the Planning Commission in 2012. Consequently, a total
of 1,504 square feet is requested within a five year period. The
City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from
environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the
California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 Class
1 (e) (additions to existing structures) of the CEQA Guidelines.

meeting of the Planning Commission on November 20, 2014 at 7:00 P.M.
in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Civic Center Way.

Planning Commission action. Please contact the Community Development
Department for information regarding the appeal process.
If you challenge any action of the Planning Commission in court, you
may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else
raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written
correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to,
the public hearing.
A copy of the Planning Commission agenda packet, staff reports and
supporting documents and any materials related to an item on this
Agenda submitted to the Planning Commission after distribution of
the agenda packet are available for review by the public in the
Community Development Department located at Calabasas City Hall, 100
Civic Center Way. City Hall office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.,
Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. every Friday. If
you have any questions regarding a particular project please contact
the project planner.
