The City values and invites written comments from residents on matters set for Planning Commission consideration. In order to provide commissioners ample time to review all correspondence, any written communication must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office before 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday prior to the meeting.

Request for Site Plan Review to add 674 square-feet to an existing two-story single-family residence located at 25211 Prado del Grandioso, within the RS zoning district. The City's staff has determined that the project is categorically exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301of the CEQA Guidelines (Minor Expansion of an Existing Facility).

3. (8:10 P.M.) File No. 160002101. Request for: 1) an Administrative Plan Review and 2) Variance (to build on a significant ridgeline) to construct a 185 square-foot, one-story addition in the side yard of an existing 4,682 square-foot, two-story single-family residence for a property located at 25230 Prado de las Panteras (APN: 2069-087-015), within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district. Story poles have been installed for this project. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 (Existing Facilities) of the CEQA Guidelines (Minor Expansion of an Existing Facility).

Adjournment to the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on August 18, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. in Council Chambers, City Hall, 100 Civic Center Way.

If you challenge any action of the Planning Commission in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to, the public hearing.

A copy of the Planning Commission agenda packet, staff reports and supporting documents and any materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the Planning Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for review by the public in the Community Development Department located at Calabasas City Hall, 100 Civic Center Way. City Hall office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. every Friday. If you have any questions regarding a particular project please contact the project planner.
