Request to modify the Oak Tree Permit for the approved 78-unit townhome development located at 4240 Las Virgenes Road (APN: 2069-011-005 and 2069-011-006) within the Commercial, Limited zoning district and designated Scenic Corridor overlay zone (CL-SC). The request involves the removal of Oak Tree # 335. Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), an addendum to the Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared for the project.

3. (8:05 P.M.) File No. 140000643. (Staff recommends this item be continued to the August 7, 2014 meeting). A request for a Site Plan Review, Scenic Corridor Permit and Oak Tree Permit to construct a 4,880 square-foot two-story locker room/weight room adjacent to an existing football field. The proposed project includes the encroachment into the protected zone of 11 oak trees. The subject site is located at 23620 Mulholland Hwy, within the Rural Residential (RR) zoning district and Scenic Corridor overlay zone. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15303, and 15314 of the CEQA Guidelines.
