(7:15 P.M.) File No.150000222. A request for an Administrative Plan Review to construct: (1) a two-story, 13,817 square-foot single-family residence; (2) swimming pool and associated equipment; (3) a 2,117 square-foot, ground-floor veranda; (4) a 288 square-foot gazebo; (5) two, 594 square-foot, second-story roofed-balconies; and (6) two, 1,016 square-foot, second-story open roofed decks, and a Variance to exceed the allowable height of the aforementioned single-family residence and accessory structures near a significant ridgeline (CMC Section 17.20.150(C)(2)) within a vacant, previously graded 74,850 square-foot parcel located at 25212 Prado Del Grandioso and within the Residential, Single-Family (RS) zoning district (A.P.N. 2069-090-027). The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15303(a) (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures and Section 15332 (In-fill Development Projects) of the CEQA Guidelines.

(7:45 P.M)  File No.150000092.  A request for a Site Plan Review and Scenic Corridor Permit to add a 568 square-foot storage room to an existing restaurant located at 24005 Calabasas Road within the Commercial Mixed Use (CMU) zoning district. The City's staff has determined that the project is exempt from environmental review in accordance with Section 21084 of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and Section 15301 (Class 1 (e), Additions) of the CEQA Guidelines.

City Hall office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 7:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. every Friday. If you have any questions regarding a particular project please contact the project planner.

 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission meeting of July 2, 2015 has been cancelled.

The Planning Commission will convene its’ regularly scheduled meeting on July 16, 2015 at 7 P.M.
