4. (8:15 P.M.) File No. 150001219. A General Plan Amendment and pre-zoning of the proposed annexation territory known as Craftsman’s Corner, located adjacent to and immediately north of the City of Calabasas. Although the territory was already included in the Calabasas 2030 General Plan, the General Plan Amendment is necessary to correct a mapping error and modify the land use designations for four properties to better align planned land uses with existing and entitled uses on the properties. The pre-zoning will tentatively establish the zoning districts for the affected properties consistent with the policies of the Calabasas 2030 General Plan. Until such time that the Local Agency Formation Commission of Los Angeles County would approve and certify annexation of the territory, Los Angeles County zoning presently in place will continue to apply to all properties in the territory and be administered by the Los Angeles County Department of Regional Planning. Pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the CEQA Guidelines, a Second Addendum to the Calabasas 2030 General Plan EIR has been prepared for the project, which indicates that the project will not have a significant impact on the environment.
