8. Motion to waive further reading and
introduction of Ordinance No. 2014-311, amending Title 17 of the
Calabasas Municipal Code to permit fortunetelling as a commercial
use in the Commercial Retail (CR) zoning district, as necessary to
comply with Federal law. Staff has determined that the
project is categorically exempt from environmental review in
accordance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
