5. Termination of City contract with Venco Western, Inc. (Specification No. 08-09-02) common area landscape maintenance for specified homeowner associations within Landscape Lighting Act District 22, specifically Zone 19, Vista Pointe Homeowners Association contract; and reduction of scope of work for Absolute (Specification No. 07-08-12) weed abatement/fuel reduction for fire safety within the City of Calabasas, for Zone 19, Vista Pointe Owners Association and to approve a funding agreement between the City and Vista Pointe Owners Association for a contract Vista Pointe Owners Association plans to award to Valleycrest Landscape Maintenance.
