in such application as a co-recipient, to authorize the execution of
a standard agreement and any amendments thereto if selected for such
funding, to authorize the City Manager and Community Development
Director to execute such agreement and all other documents
reasonably required in connection with the award of the grant, and
the execution and delivery to HCD of a resolution.
