Authorization to approve Change Order No. One in the amount of $124,638 for Vandergeest Landscape contract for Specification No. 07-08-05 landscape maintenance of the common areas outside individual homeowner associations and commercial properties within Landscape Maintenance Districts 24, 27 & 32 within the City of Calabasas.
